AppraiserValues.com is looking for the best and brightest experienced commercial appraisers.  Successful candidate will have the MAI designation or advanced candidacy, ASA designation business valuation or machinery & equipment specialty and a State Certified General Appraisers License.

Fee splits up to 90% depending upon experience and qualifications. We are currently hiring  experienced certified and licensed commercial and residential appraisers in all areas of california. We are looking for experienced appraisers with the following experience: C-Stores, Mobile Home Parks, New Home Subdivision Valuation & Highest & Best Use Analysis, Mini Storage, Car Wash, Automotive Dealerships, High Rise Office, Industrial Parks, restaurants, gas stations, and special use properties. Condemnation and Eminent Domain, Special use Easements, Complex Properties, Stigmatized Properties. We are also looking for appraisers experienced with Argus, Discounted Cash flow template design and analysis, Microsoft Office including ability to fully integrate Excel spread sheets with Word including charts and graphic analysis. Many of our appraisers are able to use Dragon Naturally Speaking in the Dictation of reports.

Experienced residential appraisers fee splits up to 70%. We are looking for licensed or certified residential appraisers in all areas of california. Appraiser Trainee's - Where do you start

You can start by emailing your resume to support@appraiservalues.com . You must have a dependable car and willing to drive all over Southern California and work long hours to get the job done. You must be available during the week and on weekends to work. You must meet turn times generally 48hrs from inspection. If you are looking to become an independent contractor residential appraiser trainee please state if you have any experience with the required appraisal software Clickforms by Bradford Software or Wintotal by Alamode and if you know how to use the software. For info on the software click on the names above.  You will also need to call the West Orange County Board or Realtors and inquire as to the fees and requirements of getting connected as an appraiser trainee with Socal MLS. You will need to attend the MLS advanced classes on how to use the MLS to find comps etc. they have several levels of classes on MLS. Once you are set up to work from your home you are ready to contact us again.
